Laura has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kansas State Unitversity. After a 7 year corporate career in Memphis, TN she returned to Winfield to work at Buterbaugh & Handlin. Since that time, she has been actively involved in the Winfield community with Rotary, Winfield Main Street, PEO, Grace Episcopal Church, Soroptomists and Winfield Chamber, as well as teaching coarses on goal setting and business plans.
Laura primarily works as a licensed real estate agent. She also holds an insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. She and her husband, Matt, own Hometown True Value/Bradbury Kitchen and Home.
A graduate from Southwestern College, Jim became the agency real estate broker in 1979 and transferred that role to his daughter, Laura Buterbaugh Bradbury in 2012. In 1984 he and Sharon Handlin merged two agencies to become Buterbaugh & Handlin, specializing in all lines of insurance and real estate.
Besides his business interests, Jim is a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He is active in veteran organizations and was National Historian for the American Legion in 2000-2001. He also served as vice chairman on the Kansas Commission of Veterans Affiars from 2004-2014. He is currently vice chairman of Veterans Claims Assistance Program.

Roger has been recognized for “Million Dollar” production in listings sold, as well as sales made in the Winfield area. He is a former school administrator, longtime realtor and auctioneer and has been involved in numerous professional, church and community activities for many years.

Karen has been a Winfield resident for over 40 years. She graduated from Dexter High School and attended Cowley County College and Southwestern College, majoring in Business and Business Accounting. Karen is the owner of Harden Investments, LLC, which has rental properties in Winfield and Arkansas City, and she is active in the Winfield Landlord Association and the Winfield Council of Realtors.
Aaron is a lifelong resident of Cowley County. Graduating from Dexter Schools, he then earned his Bachelor's degree in education from Southwestern College ('92) and his Master's degree in education administration from Wichita State University. He has taught in the Arkansas City & Dexter school districts since 1992. Aaron is married to Monica who is the music director at Dexter Schools. They have a daughter Rebecca of Kansas City, KS and a son, Simon, of Wichita. Having lived in Dexter, Winfield, & Arkansas City, he is familiar with the area. Aaron has been in rental home ownership and management for over 30 years and he has recently included real estate sales to his credentials. Monica was born in Winfield and raised in Newkirk, Oklahoma. She graduated from Southwestern College in 1985 and began a lifelong career in music education. She recently retired after serving the Dexter school district for 30 years, teaching K-12 Vocal and Instrumental music. Monica and husband Aaron live in Dexter. Jamie graduated from Kansas State University in 2011 with a Mechanical Engineering degree and a minor in Spanish. She then earned her MBA from Southwestern College in 2013.
